The Midpoint is a live music venue located in the Greater Hartford area of CT - halfway between New York City and Boston. We are 100% independently owned and operated.
Our mission is to make live music accessible and affordable for all music lovers, while supporting and empowering our local community and other small businesses. We strive to be a fair venue by offering musicians generous compensation, paying our staff fair living wages, and selling tickets to our audience at an affordable price.
Our vision is to be a venue that brings live music to those who share the same passion for music that frees the soul. We aspire to become a “must-play” venue for both established musicians and up-and-coming artists and hope to bring a diverse range of music into the heart of the state.

About the Owner
Tori is a Connecticut native who lives and works in the Greater Hartford area. She really fell in love with live music and small shows back in 2012 at her favorite venue in Chicago, Schubas, and hasn’t looked back since. An experienced business consultant with a formal education in Accounting, Tori has combined her knowledge of the business world with her scrappy determination in order to achieve this dream of opening a neighborhood music venue, to bring only the best music into the heart of Connecticut. In addition to concerts, she also loves craft beer and buying local - two more things that she hopes will become pillars of The Midpoint going forward.
